BetterPix 1.7 has been released in the App Store. This version includes numerous improvements and performance optimizations, including:
- Flash increased range of control.
- Sharpen has 4 adjustable modes: red, green, and blue edge selective, and unsharp mask.
- One tap Automatic White Balance (AWB) correction fixes image with poor color from tungsten and fluorescent lights. Automatic white balance is a useful feature rarely seen in iPhone photo apps.
- 5 Megapixel image size on iPhone 4 and 3GS.
- Faster performance.
These improvements should make BetterPix even more useful, especially for users with the option to use the iPhone 4 flash.
